Remove buzzer #70

The buzzer takes up a considerable amount of board space. It does not sound very good. It increases the BoM cost. It has not been promised to users. It can added in a later revision after the T400 core functionality is implemented

Okay. Buzzer removed. There is nothing buzzer-related in the 1.0 firmware release, so no worries there. https://github.com/PaxInstruments/t400-firmware/milestones/Release%201.0
