Have a 32u4 pin ground the V_BATT voltage divider #72

There are spare pins on the 32U4 go low to measure the battery voltage. This will prevent that part of the circuit from drawing any current when no measurement is being taken.

Done. Bring VBAT_EN low to enable battery voltage measurement.
