Separate the 2x3 ICSP header and the other 2x3 header by 0.1". This should leave enough of a gap to fit an ICSP connector on the ICSP header without touching the other header. If they were all one header a special connector would be needed.

Moved. Enough gap was given for two shrouded connectors to be placed next to each other.
