Suggested location of backside battery connector #83

The image shows the ideal (x,y) location of the battery connector based on optimizing enclosure geometry. If you are able to move it here for version 0.9, please do

Nick, Please take the center of bottom left screw hole as reference point and advice the dimension. This will give me much accurate position, as it is difficult to estimate the gap between PCB and enclosure.

Those dimensions are from the left edge of the board to the edge of connector in x, and bottom edge of the board to the center of the connect in y. It should be the same way they are already placed in Eagle, I just want to change the numbers

the bottom right corner of the connector place too close to the standoff. Is it OK?

@samchoy88 That will be just a little too close. @starno can we nudge the connector up or over a bit? We just need to get the solder pad away from the keep out zone. I think 0.01 inch to the left would be perfect. screen shot 2014-12-15 at 00 13 32

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Let me know the final dimensions after the component has been moved

Im closing this issue. If the battery connector and enclosure do not match, we can reopen it or make a new issue.
