From an assembly standpoint, the length of the plastic guides built into the top of the enclosure is limited by the edge of the PCB.
If they are any longer the order of operations during assembly gets tricky.
If the placement of the Keystone connectors is not already determined, the closer they are to the top edge of the PCB, the better the pluging-in and un-plugging will be.
Good call. It looks like you've determined how long the guides should be :-) Let's close this. If there's a problem, we can address it later.
We are trying to determine which connector solution will work adequately for the T400 (https://github.com/PaxInstruments/t400-electronics/issues/92). This keystone connector (http://www.mouser.sg/ProductDetail/Keystone-Electronics/3550-2/?qs=%2fha2pyFadugLYgmJwk1tv8qWCA0LET5NWQWQWxRitPI%3d) is the most promising right now.
Add this footprint to the library and add the footprint to the PCB.
