USB milled slot #94

As discussed in issue https://github.com/PaxInstruments/t400-electronics/issues/50#issuecomment-66956150 we should make sure we have a milled slot on the panel for the PCB connector. The connector hangs over the edge below the surface of the board.

It would be nice to communicate this to the PCBA house explicitly in the files. Maybe it would be good to have the milled slot on the layout like the image below. Maybe we should put a text note on one of the layers. screen shot 2014-12-15 at 15 25 52

Moved this to the 1.0 (production) milestone. We'll review all the items in that milestone when go into production.
