Label GND test hook on both sides #98

It would be nice to label the ground test hook on the top and bottom of PCB.

As I was verifying this I noticed there is a soldermask stop on the bottom, but not on the top. We need a stop of both sides for soldering right?I think so because we're using tented vias. Also, is the stop big enough?
