Display min max avg #199

"A nice feature for a future firmware release would be to display the Minimum, Maximum and Average temperature for each channel. I would think this could be added as a sixth page accessable using the graph button. This feature would cover about 60% of what I will use the T400 for." - Labmat

To gain enough programming space to do this we would need to move data over to the SPI chip. See https://github.com/PaxInstruments/t400-firmware/issues/191
