Calibration routine #54

Goal: The T400 can enter a mode where it can calibrate itself. This is perhaps with external hardware giving a specific reference voltage. Maybe the MCP3424 can be calibrated by shorting each differential pair.

"Do you have provision for aging of the thermocouples? I use type K tc's at 1200C and they definitely loose umph with age at these temperatures. A method to provide a user adjustable offset for each tc would be a requirement in my book." - EEVblog user urlkrueger

Beyond the scope of the minimum viable product. Moving to Firmware version :-)
