PayU is not returned as a payment option on checkout when enabled #1

PayU is not returned as a payment option on checkout when enabled. This has occured on 2 sites, running 2.1.9.

Steps to reproduce: Logged in as a user Added type-delivery-only to cart Clicked on Go to Checkout payU options not visible in checkout payment Checked config in the admin panel and payU is set to yes.

This is due the the base currency for the stores being set to USD which is not supported. The sites would need to be setup correctly in order for the PayU option to be displayed on checkout.
