BACKEND BLANK PAGE #2

I followed the steps to install the module and it appear in the list of modules but when i try to go in STORES->CONFIGURATION->SALES->PAYMENT METHODS

i have blank page and in the logs didn't appears errors.

no errors in Magento logs, nor in Apache logs, nor in the JS console when the blank page is displayed ?

Now i see error 500 in the console of chrome

Hi, i solved this problem. was about SOAP extension that wasn't activated. Now i can see the configuration page, and i configured with our data the payline method but when i go to finalize the purchase the method didn't appear. the others method works without problem. which could be the problem?
