We appear to be getting back duplicate objects under some circumstances still #4

Reports are a little sketchy, but this is obviously quite a big deal so I'm going to spend some time trying to reproduce it.

Really, we need some integration tests that hit a database in the SimpleLoad test suite to make things like this easier to deal with.

Fortunately this turned out to be a false positive caused by an issue with Nuget, which had pulled 1.0.73 into one of the projects even though it swore blind it was up to date.
