Added Getequity logos

Nice @kope-kope Looks like there's some more room for optimisation here.

Ensure your SVG & PNG logos have been properly optimised with tools like SVGOMG & Squoosh (OxiPNG works well) respectively

I made another commit to further optimise the files @demilad

@kope-kope looks like we've lost all the quality with these new changes, please ensure the PNG and SVG remain sharp after the optimisations.

The tools I mentioned are visual tools so you should be able to see in real time how much you can optimise without losing quality
