- Updated Gemfile to pull Slather
- Added Sonar properties file
-  Create Github Actions workflow to run metrics lane with Fastlane
- Created a Lane to run to tests and upload stats to SonarCloud
- Enabled code coverage on Paystack iOS Tests and iOS Example schemes
