Display message from response for failure status

Changes:

• Added displayMessage as an associated value for the failed status in ChargeCardState
• Passed the above message to the error view if present (defaulting to "Declined") in ChargeCardView
• Added message to ChargeCardTransaction and mapped it from the original model
• Updated unit tests
