Add an option to open on system startup #295

Or at least show up in the windows startup settings to toggle on if needed image

Suggested by theaveragefreak who says it would help him remember to launch tf2 using bot detector instead of remembering after launching tf2 from steam

Note that some of these appear in the startup settings off by default (Windows Terminal and Your Phone) which suggests it's possible to add an entry here to let users toggle it on.
