Add option to start minimized #340

Really this is an extension of #325 but I thought it might deserve it's own thread.

These would be optional setting(s).

I'm not sure if all these things are possible but it would allow using TF2BD to be completely synonymous with playing TF2 normally - zero user interaction necessary; unless of course users want to mark a player or change settings.

run in the background (system tray), and close when TF2 is closed
