Chat warnings should say they are automatic, and possibly advertise tf2bd #349

A clear and concise description of what the problem is.

The program will function better with more people using it, and aware of its existence even if they are not using it. Some players are also under the impression the warnings are just binds or are fake to votekick randoms (especially when its a human player being kicked)

Describe the solution you'd like

Have an option to say something along the lines of "| Message was automatically sent by tf2 bot detector https://botdetector.tf" to the end of every automatic message sent, should be toggleable. Maybe not have any advertisement and just say its an automatic message?

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have not thought of any alternatives that are not annoying.

this will probably be irrelevant when #70 is resolved but it could still be relevant as far as a default is concerned

I agree with the idea of ​​warning about the fact that messages are automatic, but please no advertisements. The tool will possibly become annoying with this addition.
