Delete remaining folders in tf/custom when closing TF2BD #374

A clear and concise description of what the problem is.

I don't like the fact that TF2BD leaves the "aaaaaaaaaa_loadfirst_tf2_bot_detector" folder and the empty "aaaaaaaaaa_votefailed_eraser_v2" addon folder in tf/custom when closing the program.

Make the program delete the folders when exiting.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Additional context

I noted that in TF2BD itself, in the section "Mods" (settings menu), it lists two of the same addon, despite only one folder existing in the TF2BD's directory.

it's a small detail, but why not? :D

Unfortunately this is supposed to be what happens already, there's just a longstanding bug that I haven't fixed.
