Add support for non-english characters #38

Lots of other languages (cyrillic, etc) currently have their characters displayed as question marks because the font (page) does not have those characters. Investigate switching to a different font.

I would like to say that installing TF2 Bot Detector in a folder that uses non-English characters results in a crash. For example:

C:\Users\User\Desktop\Coração\TF2 Bot Detector\<files>

"Coração" means "heart" in Brazilian Portuguese.
