Suggestion to add an option to show pacified civilians #18

After changing over to VoidUI I realised how much I miss the green waypoint while the civilians are pacified. Alot of huds have this as an option and I think it wouldnt hurt to add it here. The script is by Seven and I just added in the option to toggle it on/off.

This is more a suggestion than it is a contribution. I simply made this to possibly save you guys some time if you decide to add it in.

Everything should have been done correctly and if I missed something I apologize in advance.

Gonna ask Xeletron about it, if he's ok, we need to ask Seven if we can use that code inside our hud ( for the licence part :P )
