U240 issues #68

  1. when u in stealth and get detecting, after detection reach to 0 and get detect again will make detection meter disappear, just a little issue, this not happen often but usually happen when more than 1 security thing detecting the player;
  2. chinese, japanese etc. font are still can't work on Void UI, yes it just not working again (least need 2 people to test this issue);

  3. Customizable number of chat display rows or make custom chat moveable (from MilesFox92);

  4. text chat won't disappear when no new message, issue since U240 (Fixed);
  5. Compact host info mod can check steam profile and playtime but Void UI can't, can u look into it? (Fixed)

new issue since U240.2: if deployable deploying to wrong surface and player using keyboard to interact, will display controller keybind instead keyboard keybind.
