[Suggestion] Use GitHub actions after Public Alpha testing #18

Using GitHub Actions would auto-build binaries for development builds and I think it'll improve feedback and development for the program.

GyroShell is not far enough into development to justify an actions pipeline. When public alpha launches, I'll set up the pipeline.
