Not rendering ancestors of partners when having multiple

We have a person A who has been married with two partners: P1 and P2.

1. When selecting A, the ancestors of P1 and P2 are not rendered.
2. When selecting P1, the ancestors of A and P1 are rendered.
3. When selecting P2, the ancestors of A and P2 are rendered (same as 2. but for P2).

I'm not sure whether there's a reason for not rendering the ancestors, but I'd love if it could be possible to render them all.
