[PROTOTYPING] - Frame, Housing, Insulation

Design, model, and assemble the frame and insulation for the primary housing (no modularity).

Update: switched from 10 series imperial to 20 series metric.

• [x] Settle on one kind of extrusion, refactor the whole design to match
