All metric holes in the CAD are too small. This often results in smaller prints breaking.

Expected the metric bolts to be able to screw in with little resistance and no damage.
Increase the hole diameter on all parts with screw holes from M#-.25mm (i.e. M4 = 4 - .25 = 3.75mm dia.) to a flat M# (i.e. M4 = 4mm dia.).
