Can't create new line in Forum Export

   Yes
2.) Did you check to see if there is already a ticket for your issue?
   Yes

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
   Useing 1.9.0 on Windows 8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just install the program
2.Go to Forum Export, will not create a new line.
3.Tried to use 1.8.6. Still had same problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please paste the contents of your DebugInfo.log file below if applicable.
To minimize the size of the file, delete your existing debuginfo.log file,
before replicating the issue.

Hi,

Procurement moved to github over a year ago, and I have not been monitoring the 
google code issue tracker. 

Google is shutting down google code in 3 weeks time, as such I am disabling 
this issue tracker as I will not be able to reply after that date.
