Develop the gnssReceiver.querySoftwareVersion() function

And at the GNSS.cpp for example at the function of configureNMEATalkerID() : Tested and Verified for their correctness :

configureNMEATalkerID()
querySoftwareVersion(GNSSDefinitions::SoftwareType::SystemCode)
gnssReceiver.setFactoryDefaults()
