QTL Dataset Load: Ballen-TabordaChu2019 #14

Scott has already prepared this along with a cmap file. Load the data and put the cmap file at appropriate location. The tab named ****_complete should be converted to text, then copied here: /usr/local/www/cmap-js/data/arachis/

(I ^think^) it will then be picked up by cmap-js, (may needs to be configured to make the new map show up. )

Loaded to pb-dev: (PROBLEM with website listing) Loading, syncing and rebuild of Materialized Views went okay for all the steps without any error. Markers and QTLs do not show up when going via the publication dropdown: -- Marker search and QTL search do not list the publication in the publiction dropdown for these two search pages. The publication shows up in publication search. -- Map, publication, projects, etc. show up in the website. -- Clear Cache doesn't solve the issue.

Loaded in pb-stage: (PROBLEM in website listing like in pb-dev)

Exact same problem as in pb-dev. No idea what went wrong or where to look for hints or pointers.
