Add AAGB-2018 programs and abstracts to PB AAGB page #4

(Ethy has already collected Jinan, CHINA programs & abstracts). 1. The Saly, Senegal need to be collected and added to the website table of the AAGB page. ...site.../AAGB 2. After rollover and the updated page in production, write to Tom Stalker that it is done and he need not try to collect the material. (Ref to email on Oct-31-2019 from Ethy: )
