Bring the GCVit and gigwa instances into a Drupal page within an iframe. https://gcvit.arachis.peanutbase.org/ https://peanutbase.org/gigwa/

Was done in PB-dev. Now done in PB-stage.
Done under germplasm: germplasm/gcvit and germplasm/gigwa Submenu added under Germplasm menu.
