Genotype button: Rethink its role #7

The homepage genotype button currently links to the independent gigwa instance. Should at the lease to be linked to the drupalized iframed link.

Could it be used as a link to the Nifa Geno-Pheno project page from which Gigwa, pheno data, etc. should be linked from in addition to project description, etc. Then we won't crowd the home page with too many buttons.

Also provide a link to /germplasm/nifa_pccgp page from the /germplasm page besides the dropdown.

Done in pb-stage: -- genotype button linked to: /germplasm/nifa_pccgp -- germplasm page modified to add a link to all genotype resources under one subheading.
