Consolidate. -- DS will be automated after Connor's script is done. This covers genomes, transcript, genetic QTL, gwas, maps, etc. data. -- I think separate link to PeanutMine is not necessary. -- Add other resources(or links to other pages) to this page if necessary (What others?? or above is all that is downloadable from PB??).

Goal now: Display the autocontent from DS for Arachis in a div in the download page.

look at http://dev.lis.ncgr.org:50053/download/ now and see what you think. I left the old content at the bottom, but you can modify the download/index.html however you want and as long as the templated stuff reading from _data/taxa/Arachis/species_collections.yml is left unchanged we shouldn't have to worry about future updates when the datastore content changes (ie @ctcncgr script will update the species_collections.yml and the index page doesn't need to be changed)

I'll try later to reorganize the index.html later. But, yest that's what I was hoping the template would populate. Thanks. Sudhansu
