Remove obsolete items from Tools panel before deployment of PB-Jekyll site #38

Decided after PB-NCGR meeting.

  1. Remove following items from Tools menu as they have become obsolete. SEQUENCE SEARCH: BLAT, Keyword Search VISUALIZE / BROWSE: Gene Search, Maps, Protein Domains (all Tripal-Chado based)

  2. Reorder Tools menu subheadings to the same order as in LIS(Jekyll). Download & Query, Seq Search, Visualize & Browse, Misc. (**GENOMES sub-section to be rationalized in another issue)
