Submit Data page: Make revision to correct the excel sheet to the new updated ones at LIS #5

Related to /pboriginal/submit_data/. ADF's observation: https://peanutbase.org/submit_data may be different than what we've now got linked from https://legacy.legumeinfo.org/submit_data (and should presumably include on the new site as well).

IIRC the google-sheets that we're now linking to are more in line with the Datastore format for QTL/GWAS since Sam made the new specification. Not that anyone ever actually submits data like this to us...

TO DO: -- Change the content accordingly (the description contains ref to the old templates and need to be succinct too) -- Change ancient/unproductive links: Last line of the page has links to comparativelegumes and unproductive Chado, "All maps are presented in CMap and cmap-js, as well as described in record pages."
