Move pb-jekyll location in VM to standard site from sdash home dir #6

Current location: /home/sdash/jekyll-starter-legumeinfo Move to a standard and commonly accessible location.

Moved to /var/www/jekyll-starter-legumeinfo by copying everything (cp --archive to preserve timestamp and permissions). Checked that it is working in website and changes are reflected. Yet to check: git pull and push (after Sven is done with his issues w.r.t. git)

Closing as it is becoming a dev server now.
