External Resources Page #8

Needs better categorization when putting into pb-jekyll.

The articles section should be separated. Looks like expression resources is out pf place.

I committed a first cut at the External Links page, but have not checked the links. Or should it be External Resources? It is available from the menu bar.

Do you mean that Articles should have their own page?
