Remove NFC code #9

Need to remove all the nfc code as its just not useful - the cards are expensive and the majority of phones still don't have NFC on them.

Definitely agreed. NFC use was a fantasy of Paul Coulton and was a factor in him blagging £250k out of the UK Research and Development Council.
