Different emails for customers and business registration #22

The old app had two different email styles for customer and business registration - infact business registration went to admins instead of to the registering user, for approval. Should this be done here, or should @MichaelHallam jsut get notified when a business joins?

I think I just need notification. Experience with the Food Loop Game makes it less critical to have completely separate registration processes for businesses and customers as they are both acting as customers as far as registering purchases (as opposed to sales) are concerned. All the information can go in the same database and I can sort it from there.
