URL Layout #25

Need to rethink the url layout - currently everything is under /api, and the actual api is under /api/php. My thoughts would be to have the main customer facing items under /, so app.peartrade.org/registration.php etc.

This would mean rearranging this entire Registration repo, so maybe even re-naming it or moving the actual API code to a different repository. thoughts?

Also, any changes to items needed by the application will need to be done before our first release of the app!

It sounds neater.
