Workflow changed and add some missing patches

Missing patches that not affected to vanilla behavior:

• Jettpack: reduce allocs
• Jettpack: some entity micro opts

Using gradle.properties to get version and minecraft version instead of using constants in workflow.

And please use squash commit - merge method!
