Thank you for pointing this out.

We believe that this is very low priority given the amount of work done in polishing the UG and DG in v1.4, and due to it affecting pdf viewers a minimal amount. (most pdf viewers allow for scrolling which mitigated this issue)

Thus, we have marked this issue as not in scope.
