[Major]: Update website to new look #28

I will work in this migration over the week, as you suggested @mdietze , Have put all contents from old website to one single folder,

We need to make some changes to the repo settings, I will update here once that is needed,

[!NOTE] Also can I have admin/repo access here ? I think I need it in case we need some quick PR fixes!!

People that I think should keep their 👀 on this @dlebauer @robkooper @infotroph @eshantri

Alright, now we need to match the config of GitHub pages similar to the repo

@dlebauer unfortunately I won't have access to settings , you guys need to adjust that config, now we see the readme on our url: https://pecanproject.github.io
