Captcha not available on production or ebi-forecast/beta sites; new users can not log in #18

If I try to create an account here: https://www.betydb.org/signup

then I get this error:

1 error prohibited this user from being saved There were problems with the following fields: Please re-enter the words from the image again.

But there is no captcha box.

Captcha does work on pecandev

I think this might be similar to the https problem I had with google maps. When I ask my browser to run the 'unsafe javascript' everything loads correctly.

"The page at https://www.betydb.org/signup ran insecure content from http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/challenge?k=6Ld5M9kSAAAAAK7eXugwXriDcyIOvl3V1NVyiXl9&error=expression."
