I have electronic messages approving this change from all key contributors, I have not been able to track down three contributors who were employed by copyright holder UIUC at the time of the contributions (as were most of the contributors). I removed mention of the data copyright from the license, as the data is not contained in the repository, and data copyright is up to the data owner (CC-By is applied to data held in betydb.org as indicated on that website).
