Installation instructions update #7

The installation instructions were largely rewritten for CentOS 7 and Rails 5. Old documentation was moved to a special archive section for reference.

The easiest way to read through this documentation may be to clone this repository and "gitbook serve" it on your own machine. (I had to remove the "autocover" plugin from book.json to get this to work for me.) Alternatively, I could generate a PDF of it and send it to you.
