Invalid data in database #2387

Following data seems to fail when synchronizing:

ERROR:  new row for relation "dbfiles" violates check constraint "valid_input_refs"

(5000000692, AMF_US-NR1_BASE_HH_9-1.2003-01-01.2006-12-31.clim, /home/carya/output/dbfiles/AmerifluxLBL_SIPNET_site_0-772, null, null, null, 5000000002, 2017-10-20 10:07:29, 2017-10-20 10:07:29, Input, 1000013481)

My quick read is that this is a record is hosted at Wisconsin (@ankurdesai) but uses an input that is no longer around (1000013481) hosted by BU (@mdietze).
