Replace "native install" with r-universe install and appropriate links.
I've been using the r-universe install for development without any issues, so I removed the part about a native install being more challenging and offering few advantages over docker. In my limited experience, the r-universe install is easier than docker except when it comes to linking up to a BETYdb instance.
