Fixes a typo: "specie" isn't a word #3046

Description

I did a find all for "specie" and "specie_id" and changed it to "species" and "species_id"

Motivation and Context

Just noticed this typo was in a lot of places

closing. we are at the mercy of the Rails conventions and must stick w/ specie/species

well, there are other options, but none as simple as tolerating poor grammar
