diametergrow is not exported from the package and not called anywhere in the codebase, and per @mdietze it has pretty much been replaced by InventoryGrowthFusion. Resolution: Moving to inst/ for historical interest
find.land is exported, but is not used anywhere inside of PEcAn and is broken enough on all possible inputs that I'm confident anyone using it outside PEcAn would have noticed it failing by now. It also relies on a dataset from the maptools package, which is deprecated and will be retired in 2023. Resolution: Deleting.
